This is Jeff's F7F "Tigercat" firefighter. Jeff built this model from the 1/48
AMT kit, and he used the Ventura Hobbies conversion tank and Scale Master decals.
The model represents a plane flown by TBM, Inc. Jeff used to pump gas into these
planes when he was going to high school in Santa Barbara, California. Jeff said that it
was exhausting but enjoyable!
Jeff's model took first place at the IPMS 2004 National Convention in Phoenix, Arizona!
